RECOGNITION 

Twice a year we gather for our All Hands meeting where employees are recognized for their contributions to success.  During these events we celebrate employment anniversaries, our new employees, and our Formula 1 Role Models and Leaders (see the Culture Page for more information on Formula 1 and Lean).

EMPLOYEE EVENTS

A few times a year we put our Acme Smoker to very good use by firing it up and pulling our employees together for a picnic-style lunch.  Some of our neighbors in Elk Grove smell the grill and want to know what's cooking and we tell them:  Italian sausage, burgers, Polish sausage, fajitas, etc. 

FAMILY EVENTS

From a Chicago boat ride, to a pig roast, to an old fashioned burgers and hot dogs family cookout, it's important to us to spend time together away from the challenges of work life. 

We work hard here at Acme but we also recognize that relaxation time for our employees is important.  We like to take a break from time to time to appreciate each other.
